Hi! i have visitor visa for canada. now i want to work in canada. can i work on visitor visa. if not than how do i work? and i want to appy for work permit how do i find employer who can hired me as foreign worker. How do i get job offer letter and LMO and whats the best for to get job offer and LMO and work permit?

You cannot work legally on a visitor's visa. You must have a work permit.

You need to find an employer that wants to hire you and has a LMO (or will apply to get a LMO). After you get the LMO and a job offer/contract, you need to apply to your home country's visa office. You cannot apply inside Canada as a visitor for your first work permit.
