hey my name is pavin. I have some questions & i need to ask you for suggestions.

my situation: i applied in software development (bsd) in seneca in 2011 , got admission but didn't get visa. (i live in sweden, studing software development as well there, my nationality bangladeshi and my visa office is uk). I applied this year again for admission but waiting for my result. i have full 4 years tuition fees to pay in my bank account also 1 year living + travel expense ready without taking any loan. my questions are:

1. do the visa officers will reject my application because i'm applying to a college?
2. can i send my visa application package to singapore( coz all bangladeshi application goes there) or i have to send to UK?

plz lemme knw i'm getting worried.

p.s i'll also appoint a lawyer from canada to help with my application.

One of your refusal reasons was a travel history? Please post your academic profile from high school to date and your refusal reasons

my refusal reason was no sufficient fund. and they said i wasn't truthful with my documents. so before i apply this time i need suggestions.

It is very hard for you to defend your case since you were not truthful with your documents. Something was not genuine with your documents. You submitted something that did not make sense to a visa officer. In order to find out the exact cause of your rejection, you had better get a hold of your CAIP notes.

i'm appointing an immigration lawyer from canada...may be they can help me with my documents. but i was just wondering do i have to show education loan and stuff. i'm not from india. i have bangladeshi nationality.and my visa office would be either UK or singapore. so more help plz.
