hello

im a mother of an eight year old Canadian citizen
i will turn 29 next month, i started my undergraduate degree in business in 2010 currently in fifth semester degree ends in 2014
question is that is there a way for me to move to Canada on the basis of my studies as im dying to go back like getting my credits transferred there etc im pretty clueless how to go about it
i started studying in the hope that i will complete my degree and apply for jobs and some how get to go to Canada, that sometimes doesn't even sounds like a good option
current situation of my country is not too good plus im not happy in my married life and want to leave the country and want to be able to move there and provide my child with all the best life has to offer

help me out
thanks

1. You would have to apply for a study permit if you wish to continue your studies in Canada.
2. You would have to get acceptance from a Canadian school (whether they will accept your credits, is up to them)
3. You would have to show funds for the 1st year tuition, 14K$ in living expenses and about $2K for travel expenses.
4. You will need proof of custody to bring the child to Canada as well.
