Hi everyone,

one i am new to this form with a plan to apply for Quebec skilled worker.
But confused about police clarence certificate, is it required to send with my basic application ?
because i did not find that requirement in the "submitted form list" Please guide.

Yes friend,
It's required while sending with basic application and for your information there we have 2 kinds of police clearance certification process, one is you can directly apply in your local passport regional office, they will do verification and give you clearance certificate, but it is not actually required certificate for immigration process, and there we have another police clearnace certificate process, i.e get clearance form from regional passport office and fill accordingly and meet your local Police Commisinor office and they will aks you one request letter along with clearance form, and wait for 10-15 days. they will give you police clearance certificate and it's valid upto one year.

Thank you very much for this info.

Basically I am in the phase of gathering documents, one more thing is not clear in my mind, My cousin asked me to get CSQ - i did some research about CSQ, and find that CSQ only for the peoples who r currently studying or working at Quebec and it is not for the people who are applying immigration from scratch and never been to Canada ?

I really appreciate your suggestion on it.
