I have 1.5 years of full time work experience (more than 32 hours a week) and also concurrently, I worked a part time job (20-25 hours a week).

In case of Canadian experience experience, will both of them count or only full time?

You count by calendar year and up to 30 hours per week, so part time job doesn’t need to be counted.
