After submitting our PR application online with all required documentation, we recieved a request to add Use of Representative form.
Our whole family if applying together where my husband is the primary applicant and me and my daughter are his dependents.
We chose NOT to use Representative while submitting the application, so not sure why we have been asked to submit this form and if we have to submit it what is the expectation from us.
