Need help with updating a Passport

question, wife changed her passport, got a complete new one when would be a good time to let them know, before they transfer to VO or after it gets transferred

and how do i do that ?

You could send it anytime before the PR visa is issued......will advice you send it immediately.......if your file has not been transferred to VO abroad send it to CIC Mississauga......if your file has been transferred to VO abroad send it to the VO.

You could send a copy of the passport data page though IRCC webform.
