Need help with Reference Letter

Hi Folks,

I need help with sample reference letter for Incident manager/Change manager or NOC engineer.
This is under NOC Code 2171
I need help on how to draft the letter so as to ensure it gets go ahead from my employer and from CIC as well.
As roles and responsiblites for 2171 are related to ITIL but its tough to convert them to roles of Incident or Change manager.

Better to draft that yourself because your actual task description may be different from others, despite the same job title. Focus on the job description when drafting the letter, align that with the sample tasks in the official NOC descriptions.

Btw, 2171 (Information Systems Analysts and Consultants) is more on BA and/or QA. Don't take my word for it, but I think incident/change management is more related to 0213 (computer and information systems managers). Then again, that depends on your actual work experience (tasks) rather than title, so it's best to draft the letter yourself. Good luck!
