Ok so I received my PNP Letter of Interest today. My CRS is 444. Now I am filling out the application package. Few questions regarding the supporting documents.

1. I worked for TD Canada Trust for 1 year in NOC B. Now they have provided me with a Job letter with everything but job responsibilities. How do I take care of the job responsibilities??
2. I graduated from York University with Bachelors degree. Are transcripts enough to support my graduation?? If not how do I provide them with Certified true copy of University Degree? Where do I certify true copy it?
3. I worked at a burger joint after graduation for few months. It falls under NOC D. Do I have to provide job letter for that as well? The shop is now long gone...

Thanks in Advance Guys. Take Care

You need to contact TD Canada Trust and ask them to issue a roles and responsibilities letter for the one's that you performed there. This letter is the only proof that CIC will verify to ensure that you are applying towards the correct NOC.

1. I worked for TD Canada Trust for 1 year in NOC B. Now they have provided me with a Job letter with everything but job responsibilities. How do I take care of the job responsibilities?? 1. contact your employer and ask them to redraft the letter, otherwise 2. along with that letter ad an explanation letter stating your duties and the reason why employer didnt give you the desired letter.
2. I graduated from York University with Bachelors degree. Are transcripts enough to support my graduation?? If not how do I provide them with Certified true copy of University Degree? Where do I certify true copy it? 1. You have to get your education evaluated from ECA body duly recognised by CIC (WES or UoT etc). 2. To submit verified copies you can either request your university to email you scanned signed and stamped on your degree or you may send them your degree and ask them to sign and stamp it accordingly and email you back. 3. you can also get photocopies of your degree notarized by a public practitioner.
3. I worked at a burger joint after graduation for few months. It falls under NOC D. Do I have to provide job letter for that as well? The shop is now long gone... 1. No problem, include an explanation letter about the reason, and there you can include your designation, duties, employment status, and salary. Include this experience only if you have other relevant documents to support your employment such as pay slips, offer letter, appointment letter and/or promotion letter.

Thanks in Advance Guys. Take Care

I am sorry i cant comment on this since I do not have a Canadian degree - but i think you don't better you re-confirm from Asivad :D

1- If TD refuse to provide the job responsibilities and description, provide an LOE regarding that and try to attach an official email from TD that they cannot give you such a letter and try find the online posting of the job back when you applied to it as well as the offer or anything that might have a list of general responsibilities.

2. Sorry I do not have a Canadian degree so I do not know where to notarise and certify a true copy of it but I know you do not need to evaluate a Canadian degree with WES as far as I remember the OOPNP application guidelines stated.

3. As far as I know you do not need to mention to provide a letter of experience from a Job that you do not intend to have it counted in your years of experience, years of experience are only counted if they are under the NOC you chose.
