Actually, I am not sure, but for your certificate and transcripts (marks list) u make a color copies and certify them from the issuing institute or from Ministry of Higher Education. For marriage certificate and birth certificate, if u r foreigner in UAE, u make a color copies and certify them from the embassy of your country.
