JOB PURPOSE
. To assist in the development and management of products and services through the
provision of product management support, Management Information Systems (MIS)
analysis and reporting in order to support the targeted business growth in line with the
business strategy and plan
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Product Management Support
. Verify and set up product requirements, update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
and prepare forms based on direction provided by Product Managers to assist in the
development of new products for different customer segments
. Support Product Specialists and Product Managers by updating and processing all
information in a timely manner to ensure these are completed in line with the required
standards
. Arrange meetings and follow up with key stakeholders to enable new product
requirements and changes to existing products to be discussed and agreed
Review and identify any internal policy changes that affect the product portfolio and
share with Product Managers to ensure product portfolio is in line with agreed
standards, policies and procedures
Management Information, Analysis and Reporting
. Extract data from Datamart and create reports on product performance to enable
Product Managers to monitor, track and control product performance
. Reconcile product related data, review MIS, identify potential sales leads and pass to
sales team in order to support the generation of new business
. Download competitor pricing information and product offerings and pass to Product
Managers to enable competitor analysis to be performed
Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures
. Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard
operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required
standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service
to customers and stakeholders
Self-Management
. Manage self in line with the Bank's people management policies, procedures,
processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own contribution to
business performance
Customer Service
. Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the
Bank's required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions
