Need help with NOC codes for the following positions

Hello,

I would highly appreciate if someone can help with find my NOC codes.
I've been trying but not getting the right ones...

1. POCM (Provisioning Order & Creation Management) Specialist :
Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end ownership for ethernet, MLAN and BVPN service orders delivered within country of responsibility (scope 0/1 and Scope 2) within committed timeframes to include order creation

  • Manage several orders (small or medium complexity) in parallel as per workload capacity and is accountable for their successful delivery, on time and right first time .

  • The POCM activities are part of the Service Implementation Management activities within the Service Transition lifecycle of an order and are applied to all IPVPN services
Requirements:
  • Understanding of IP fundametals, cisco workings and IPVPN products

2. Local delivery manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Provide end-to-end ownership for IPVPN service orders delivered within country of responsibility within committed timeframes

-Manage several orders (small or medium complexity) in parallel as per workload capacity and is accountable for their successful delivery, on time and right first time

-Initiate action to escalate or expedite provisioning issues, as required, to minimize delays in meeting customer committed delivery dates for service

-Assess service orders and develop implementation
schedules to optimize resources and components scheduling

-Place and track circuit orders with relevant local PTT and third party vendors

-Proactive tracking and monitoring of all service components until full delivery of ordered services

-Clear to commence for billing when the circuit is installed and configurations are complete and correct
REQUIREMENTS
• Degree/Equivalent in telecommunications field, preferred
• Project Management skills – ability to manage orders within deadlines and work under pressure.
• Excellent customer facing skills
• Fluent in both spoken/written French and English
• Sound understanding of network skills (IP / LAN / WAN /DSL
CCNA Desirable

3.Technical operations adviser
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide Expert Support: Offer expertise in various technology and business areas during design, production, after-sales, or customer service phases.
  • Employee Development: Enhance and develop the skills of employees, coordinating with team leaders.
  • Complex Case Assistance: Assist operational teams with complex issues, providing first-level support and liaising with higher-level teams.
  • Application Deployment: Contribute to the deployment and accessibility of IT applications, and update local configurations.
  • Training Design: Develop and deliver training programs to support managers and employees.
  • Process Improvement: Collect and document requests for application improvements, pass them to the appropriate teams, and track progress.
  • Documentation Management: Manage documentation and write procedures for updates and changes.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on support activities to management.
Required Skills:
  1. Technical Skills:
    • Knowledge of BVPN, WAN, LAN, and BTIC offers.
    • Experience in telecommunications technologies (Routers, Switches).
    • Proficiency in deployment processes (Scope 3).
    • Desired certifications: Network+, CCNA, ITIL v3.
  2. Cross-functional Skills:
    • Creativity and Innovation: Ability to develop new ideas and solutions.
    • Client Orientation: Anticipate client needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Communication: Ability to convey information clearly in written, oral, and digital formats.
