Need help with Indian marriage certificate translation

Hi Team,

I have the marriage certificate which is in dual language - Regional and English. Though the main content is in English language (Names, Date, Address etc), the stamp and designation of the signature authority are in the Regional language.

Is it ok or do I need to get it translated?
