Hello everyone. I am a Canadian citizen and Turkish citizen living in Canada. I came to Turkey for a vacation and ended up getting married. I have been in Turkey for the past 2 years and I am trying to bring my wife with me back to Canada. I have been back to Canada once in the past 2 years for business related issues. I am currently living and working in Turkey until I can bring my wife with me/ Now my question is on 1344e its asking for my billing and residential address. Do I give my Canadian or my current Turkish address? Also on IMM1344e its asking me if I am a Canadian citizen living exclusively outside Canada. I answered NO because I have a family business and address in Canada but currently I am staying and working in Turkey. Is NO the correct answer? Also under SPONSOR ELIGIBILITY ASSESMENT on question #4 it asks me "Do you reside in Canada and no other country? If you answered NO but but are a Canadian citizen living exclusively outside Canada you may still be eligible to sponspor" Do I answer YES or NO? I am really confused by this predicament. And my last question how do I sign these documents? I am using the ONLINE PORTAL for my application. Am I suppose to print and sign or use an online signature?

Thank you all for your help.

For billing and residential address use your Turkish one.

Yes you are a Canadian citizen living exclusively outside of Canada, and no you do not reside in Canada. You have been residing and working in Turkey for the last two years.
Your ties to Canada will come handy when you prove you want to move back to Canada once your wife has PR.

What seems to be working for people is to validate the form, print it, sign it, and upload a scanned signature.

Thank you for the reply. Well I sent my application online on match 30th. I just realized I forgot to add the police certification. Now do I have to wait till they request it or any other way to add it? Also for the requiring documents such as bank statements and government ID showing our common address is in Turkish. Did I have to get them translated? Anybody in the same situation have any idea?

Yes, they must be translated and certified. Maybe you'll get lucky but if you submitted your application without the translations, it will likely be returned to you. You should have included the police check with your application. You can get the police check from e-devlet and it's already in English, so you get to save on translation fees for that one :)
