Need Help with IMM 3904E Part 3: Country Specific Instructions.

Since my spouse, whom i am sponsoring doesn't have any additional dependants, we are not including IMM0008DEP - Additional Dependants form with the application.
She has to submit IMM 5669 Schedule A- Background/Declaration.
But, when i look at Appendix A Document Checklist, i don't see any box to tick for Schedule A -Background/Declaration. There is a check box beside Additional Dependants line and no box for Background/Declaration.

What should i do?

check the main checklist for applicants. depending on the country there can be either 2 or 3 checklists for the entire package: 1 checklist from the sponsor packet, 1 checklist from the applicant's packet and possibly another from the country specific packet. The background/declaration form is probably listed on the main checklist for applicants since it's a required document for everyone.

It's just a simple formatting error. Draw a box and tick it.
