Need help with identifying my NOC code

I am confused to what my NOC code is, my most general job responsibilities are mentioned below: -
  • Identification of new business opportunities in the project engineering, procurement, construction and/or other services in the Oil & Gas sector
  • Market research, market scanning, newsletters for effectively tracking current & future projects as well as business opportunities
  • Preparation of a business plan for target & potential projects for large scale capital projects
  • Interaction with key clients to further business development objectives.
  • Preparation of Expression of Interest and Prequalification documents.
  • Participate in Oil & Gas industry tradeshows, conferences, seminars, and organizations to develop new business opportunities the company.
  • Networking: Positions the incumbent needs to interact with internal and externally as a part of the job.
  • Develop both short-term and long-term new business and revenue generation opportunities
  • Expertise in tendering and Pre-contracts
  • Willingness / flexibility for extreme travelling (if necessary)
  • Experience in dealing with complex environments and should have worked in a large Corporations.
  • Excellent people handing and communication abilities
My job designation was mostly business development manager but my duties are not very similar to NOC 4163.

I checked CIC codes and i have a mix of many NOC codes but i cant identify which one is correct among the following:-
  • 6221 Technical sales specialists - wholesale trade
  • 0601 Corporate sales managers
  • 6411 Sales and account representatives - wholesale trade (non-technical)
  • 4163 Business development officers and marketing researchers and consultants
My companies were all project services provider such as engineering, construction, procurement & installation. what is my NOC !!
