need help with filling up work experience

hello,
should I club in all my work under one line or each contract to be shown individually in express entry profile??

here's my background story

I have work experience in teaching for 3 & half yr. I was working as Assistant professor in Engineering college from 212 till 2015 on contract

however, since it was on contract basis which was renewed every 6 months with a 1 week break in between the semesters, all my work experiences show 1 or 2 week break in the work tenure

23rd July 2012- 30th June 2013
7th July 2013 - 29th June 2014
5th July 2014 - 30th Dec 2014
19th Jan 2014 - 30th June 2015
15th July 2015- 30th Nov 2015

all this work was under the same employer for same post(Assistant professor) and I have single work experience certificate saying that

"Mr ABC was working at their college as assistant professor on contract basis for the period given below."



So, should i create a single employment detail saying i was working in the college from July 2012 till Nov 2015 or should i show each contract as independent work history???
