Need Help with filling personal activities

You must provide at least 10 continuous years of history, or all time since this person's 18th birthday, to the present.

I keep on getting this error. Can anyone help me? Any tips?

This is how I entered the dates

2016/6- 2017/3
2015/6- 2016/4
2014/6- 2015/6
2014/6-2015/12
2012/9- 2015/4
2013/5- 2015/12
2012/6-2013/3
2010/10-2011/8
2006/6-2010/3
2005/6-2006/3

I've read some posts that say "remove organization" and the error was gone. How to do this? Does this still work?

Just a pieve of advice, you should always read the instructions for every application in whole and every form, becasue they are extremely specific and you can get the whole package returned for any error in a form.

Ok so here you have to correct almost all dates:

It says in the instructions that you must NOT leave any gaps in time , look at the example they give of how it´s to be completed.
Here you are skipping months between one activity and the next one. It has to be all in a row.

That´s probably why it gives you error.
