I have 2 questions.
I am attempting to do a extend my stay/remain in canada as a visitor application, the first questions I'm not sure I should be checking off is it extension of my temporary resident status or restoration of temporary resident status as a visitor I'm to check off?
Second...passport is stamped to stay in Canada until March 20 2017 but am wanting to make some travel arrangements for spring which is why I'm wanting to do now rather then end of February I read some where that if you apply to soon they will decline application you must wait 90 days before date of stamp in passport is this correct?
