NEED HELP WITH EXPERT! CEC VIA EXPRESS ENTRY

Hi everyone! it's my first time to post on this forum.
I am currently working as a Food service supervisor here in Edmonton, I just turned 1 year as supervisor and have already my new LMIA approved last Feb but my new work permit is still on process. My question is:

Is it possible for me to apply in EE while waiting for my new actual permit? I just turned 2years in Canada so I am still good with the 4 yr cap. I have gathered all my documents (Celpip, divorce on process , credentials , education and etc) Has anybody here applied while waiting for their new work permit? PLEASE I NEED AN ADVISE! thank you!

Creating an EE profile is independent of your work permit application. You can go ahead and submit a profile.

Not an issue in any way, as long has you have maintained legal status in the country (and that includes being on implied status).
