Need help with ECA for 3 Year Diploma

I have completed my Engineering from Mumbai University (3 Yr Diploma from MSBTE + 3 Yr Degree from Mumbai)

Can anyone please advise me as how shall I get my ECA done for my 3 Year Diploma from MSBTE (Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education)
