Need help with documents obtain health card if I am on LMIA

I have been here in Canada for more than 6 months. Could someone please let me know what documents are needed for my health card (OHIP) if I am on LMIA.

Since you have a work permit then Google - apply OHIP - for information.

Do you have a full-time job that is scheduled to last at least another 6 months? You will need a letter from your employer specifying that you are working full-time and that you will be working for them for at least the next 6 months.
