Vendor Selection:
· Sourcing of Local, Regional & Global Vendors for 3PS (3rd Party services) in Americas, EMEA (European Region) and APAC (Asia Pacific).
· Detailed Cost Analysis of Vendor Quotes and doing comparatives.
· Setup primary and Secondary Vendors per IT Asset product and IT staffing.
· Vendor Contract Renewal Management
· Vendor Onboarding & Contract Management:
· NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreements) Management
· Commercial Agreements Management
· Contract Management and Negotiations of agreements such as MSA (Master Service Agreement), SOW (Statement of Work) & Similar legal & subcontracting agreements.
Product & Service Catalog Management:
· Vendor Price Catalog Management
· Vendor Performance Management
· Vendor Survey
· Vendor KPI (Key Performance Indicators) Reporting
Vendor Service Dispatching:
· Dispatch Field Engineers at Site location
· Co-ordinate with vendors to source the best FE (Field Engineers)
· Prepare specialized Spend Analysis, Costing, Pricing & Multi-Party Performance Reporting.
Program Management Activities which include planning, monitoring, and reporting of ongoing activities, cost/schedule tracking, and other administrative support.
