I am interested in a 2 year PG Diploma program from Lambton college called Mobile Application Design & Development. Looking forward to join for Winter 2017 intake. But unfortunately I have not given my IELTS exam yet. I have booked the slot for October 8th. So I will be able to submit the scores only around Oct 23rd. I do not want to miss the opportunity because of delayed application. Can someone please help me with the process for applying for a Conditional offer letter so that I can also start my other procedures for bank loan and VISA.
