Need Help when trying to pay Right of Perminent Residence Fee online

Hello all,

I just have a question regarding paying the right of Permanent Residence Fee online. A little background info of myself, I applied for PR via the Quebec skilled worker program. I am using Campbell Cohen services too for my PR. I'm now at the point where i am asked to pay RPRF fee and submit passports.

Now my question is, my case manager at Campbell Cohen sent me an email, with instructions, to pay the RPRF by March 20,2013 deadline. In the instructions i can pay the RPRF online with a credit card but when i click on the link i get the message " This connection is Untrusted". I'm using Mozilla as my browser, has anyone else experienced this? is it my computer that's the problem or was i given the wrong link?

I really don't know what to do, can anyone shed any light on this? How do you pay RPRF online, and worst case scenario, what happens if i cant pay before & miss the March 20,2013 deadline.

$ Pay your fees--> Pay your fee online (drop down)-->Continue-->Accept disclaimer (Check the box) and continue-->Click on immigration-->In online payment page click on Right of Permanent Resident Fee and you should be all set.

BTW, can you provide your timelines and visa office. Kindly update your profile to post timelines.
