If you are authorized to work and are working, write "temporary foreign worker" (temporary residence is included in that term). If you are authorised as a temporary resident only, write "temporary resident." (Assuming you are not a student...)

Thanks Jes...One more clarification, do I need to write TO Date in experience (Your Work Experience in Canada) as I am continuing in my employment while applying.

One more to add Jes...Sorry if I am bothering you...What would be status of my spouse who is not working but have open work permit (spousal).

Thanks vtoronto..however, I believe status has to be either of the following - Temporary Foreign Worker (in my view this is ruled out as she got open work permit based on my work permit), Temporary Resident (not sure), Visitor (Not Sure)...
