Responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to:
- Disassembly of the wireless electronic devices for its failure cause and inspection of internal components for liquid or physical damage
- Perform RF diagnostics, failure analysis, and enter the analysis results in electronic complaint handling system.
- Identify and trace equipment faults, and adjust, replace or repair the equipment.
- Re-assemble unit with new cosmetic parts as per the requirement using procedures and guidelines provided
- Test all functionality of unit, before moving along to the next process
- Track all work using online real time database
- Compile logs, operational data and maintenance reports
- Must comply with ESD, 5S, and PPE policy
- Daily production must comply with expectation for quality and output
- Work with team and management to meet and maintain goals
