Need help urgently

Hi my wife came to Canada 2008 as a refugee claimant from US border the we got married in 2009 and mean time her refugee claim refused but before that I already applied sponsorship in Canada. Still she didn't receive her PR card but before that she got the PR we came in backhome without completing her immigration she applied for temporary visa which she got cancel but ARC still processing me and my daughter we are Canadian citizen staying with her. Please help me how she will get the back to Canada

Again, as I mentioned in your other thread - you need to provide the details of your visa office, when you applied, when you paid your ARC fee, etc. We can't help you without this additional information.

She applied for temporary visitor and ARC in Singapore. I applied for her spouse sponshorship on Oct 2010. Paid the ARC fee on Oct 2014.
