Hi everyone,
I am a student of York University, and I moved to Canada in September 2018. I miscalculated the course fee, I thought for the full program it is 48,000$ but recently I found out that it is 68,000$ for the the full program. I completed fall semester, and am currently doing my winter term (But I didnt pay the fee for winter yet).
There is no way I can afford that amount, and I am thinking of doing my post grad. Studies at Seneca which is more cheaper.
My study permit valids until 2020 Dec. (I have Co-op permit too)
My concern is,
1. I applied to Seneca, but they start studies in Sepetember. Can I stay in Toronto doing my part time job until I start my studies?
2. What are the other procedures that I should follow?
3. Would this make an impact for my future stays?

I am having a really stressful time thinking of this and figuring this. I appreciate if someone can guide me.

Thank you and best regards!

1. You can remain in Toronto but you won't be able to work once you've stopped studying at York.
2. Make sure you notify IRCC that you are changing schools/programs.
3. The PGWP you receive will be the length of the program at Seneca. You won't receive any credit for the semesters you completed at York.
