Need Help Urgent!!!!!!!!!

I am currently applying for bachelors in commerce in Macewan university and NAIT for sept 2015 intake

My profile is as follows
Matric 81%
Fsc 67%(pre medical)
Ielts 7 bnads
Completed 12 papers of ACCA and advanced diploma in accounting and business from ACCA
i had applied twice for admission in LSBF in ACCA 2012 program and my application for study permit has been rejected on grounds
travel history
funds available(statement attached was for 10 million PKR)
i applied for CAPIS notes and they emphasis that ACCA is available in Pakistan and there is no point in paying higher fee for education that is available at cheaper rates in home country hence doesn't satisfy that would come back to Pakistan after completion of degree.
current situation is that my brother is in Canada for the past 7 years and my sister is in Canada for the past 3 years,i have visited UAE on a visit visa for travel history
today i got reply from Macewan university that i don't fulfill their math requirement therefor i cannot be admitted in bachelors program however i have been conditionally admitted to University studies international program
now what are my chances of securing a study permit now

it will be difficult for u again to get approval for study permit bec u have a conditional admission. I suggest to look for another admission that will give u unconditional offer. secondly, make a strong sop stating that u prefer to study outside pakistan as for u to get better opportunity of work in pakistan. thirdly u prefer canada bec u have ur bro and sis that will support u all throughout your studies in canada. then lastly tell them that u have no plans of violating any immigration law or whatsoever, not to mention, u have gone to uae and have not violated anything.

i applied for sept 2014 I got visa for my jan session but visa was delayed so ve to deffer 2nd time so now uni of t gave me acceptance letter for sept 2015 but bcoz my toefl expired in dec 2014 uni gave me conditional admission nd want me to do English course in Canada in july.so i was little concerned that whether it ll b ok at POE or it ll creat any kind of mess at POE so plz suggest me something in this matter

Why dont u contact them and ask if u take an ielts maybe they can give u unconditional offer then umwill be fine and it will be cheaper to take ielts rather than taking english course in canada.

thanks tipsy for your helpful reply i am waiting for response from NAIT i hope that they give me an unconditional acceptance.And please can you throw some light on letter of support from university importance in visa approval
