Need Help. (Transfer Application)

Hello. I sponsored my wife to come here in Canada. She used to work in Dubai when I applied for sponsorship. Most of our paper work were done and addressed in Dubai.
But with unfortunate events the company she worked for went bankrupt and she needs to leave the country because of UAE rules and she wont be back after 6 months.
Rather being stalled for 6 months, we decided that she wont be going back to UAE and work back home (Philippines) instead.

My question is that. Is it possible for our files to be transferred or sent (when approved for sponsorship) to Manila Office (Philippines) instead of Abu Dhabi office (UAE)?

Still waiting for my sponsor approval.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. thanks guys.

I dont believe you can transfer, but CIC can ignore the VO you have requested and send it where they like. So I recommend changing your wifes address and that may prompt them to send it to Manila.

I have no idea which has the longer processing, most likely UAE, but other than that it wont matter which VO processes your application unless you need an interview, interview are uncommon.
