I have applied for education assessment from WES body. As per process of WES, university has to send the transcripts along with their WES education assessment form with reference number (issued by WES) in a sealed envelop. But my university (Delhi University) says they will not fill the "Education assessment form". Please inform if any one has faced same problem and if yes what was the solution.
