I have submitted my PR Application without my FBI PCC with explanation letter that I have applied and have not received. Later on when I received my FBI PCC along with my spouse I have uploaded in web-form and also received confirmation that it has been linked to my application.
Today, I received a request letter from CIC that FBI PCC required for me and my spouse to review my PR application.
I saw there is one new row added in my application i.e "Replacement Needed" for FBI Clearance with options to upload file. When I click on "UploadFile" button it asking details like as "Document Name", "Document Number","Issue Country", "Issue Date", "Expiry Date" etc.
I don't understand what needed to fill in these field(s). Specially Expiry Date and Document Number.
Is some one uploaded FBI Clearance certificate later on. If yes, Please let me know what actually they filled
