Need help to invite parents to canada

I am currently studying in canada, toronto. I would like to invite my parents for convocation ceremony. Can some body guide me what are documents needed for my parents for visa interview? And do they need to show property? As I am currently studying, so I cannot sponsor them.

Can somebody guide me for this?

You Just need to send your supporting documents(bank statement;as you cant sponser them) alongwith your university's official invitation. Thats what My brother did when he invited my mother to canada. It was successful. Usually they dont reject visas for convocation.
