Need Help! Study permit extension processing times!

I am going through a process to extend my study permit (after waiting for my Caq for 4 months!) , I have a CAQ and CSQ
The problem is that the extension would take on the average around 107 days
My visa also will expire and I will need 27days to renew it afterwards,
My concern is that I urgently need to go to my home country and I won't make it if I wait the process to its end,
So I thought:
- Can I make a flagpole to extend my study permit instead of going through the online application?
- If I did go through the online application: Can I extend my visa as a visitor so I can travel to my home country and come back to Canada to persue my studies and apply afterwards for a student visa ?
- If none of the above-mentioned is possible, is there any other solutions suggested for such case?

You can't flagpole for study permit extensions.

You can apply for a TRV.

If your visitor visa has expired or was only valid for a single entry to Canada, you need to apply for a new one.

A visitor visa:

• is a sticker we put in your passport
• costs CAN$100

If your study or work permit will expire soon, you must extend it before you can apply for a new visitor visa.

You can apply for a visitor visa from inside Canada if you meet all the conditions below:

• you’re already in Canada
• you hold a valid study or work permit
• you want to leave and return to Canada in the near future
• your existing visitor visa is expired or was valid for only one entry
• "

As far as I understood, I will always need my study permit before I apply for a TRV
But I don't have time to wait for my study permit extension before I Travel
- Can you explain more to me please?

You can apply for a TRV even if your study permit hasn't been approved.

Also note that if you return after your current permit expires and before the extension is approved, you will enter as a visitor and not be allowed to study until the extension is approved.

I just have one more question:
- let's say I will submit my papers now which will take untill August to be processed but I need to travel in June/July
Do you think I should submit for a TRV from now or I should wait for a month or two before I travel?
