I need one help regarding one weird situation
I have one of my friends ,he has visitor visa already stamped , now applying for student visa from home country.
problem is that , his father passed Away in 1997 and in visitor visa application and he and his family mentioned he is alive ( in forms )
my friend also shows property deed which clearly mentioned that he got the property (land) inherited from his father after death but in forms they mentioned he is alive
Luckily every one in family got tourist visa approved
Now , when applying to student visa , what should he need to do ? As he need to show property documents again in order to show tie up with ho country
