Need Help-Student Visa and Study Permit

I have received Letter of acceptance from a college in Canada. I live in Chennai, India and I want to travel with my spouse and kid. I also need work permit for my spouse

Can someone please reply me on following queries before I initiate my application.

1). Do I require to submit PCC and MC with the application ?
2). Should I apply for study permit along with the visa application or separately after getting the Visa
3). Do I need to submit the application through VAC or online ?

Hi.

1-You do not need to provide PCC or MC before until you asked to do so
2-Since you are still in India you can only apply for study permit, you will get student visa and when you arrive at the port of entry they'll issue you a study permit
3-It is your choice online or VAC doesn't matter, what matter is if you apply online you may get the notification faster than VAC but the outcome should be the same
