NEED HELP,SENIORS,AM IN BIG VAGUE TROUBLE

I am studying in Memorial University in Science degree programme and this is my final year of study to get my degree.But I had my study visa expired last fall,in september 2011,and I came back to my country in April 2012.Although I had family reason and related problems for my over-stay,I applied again for study permit from the home country on 20th july and even after providing all supporting documents that lead to me overstay my period of stay,I got refusal on 30th july.The reason they say is that all all my documents and answers were truthful,but I have contravened on a previous stay by not leaving the country when my permit got expired and hence he is refusing my application.I fail to understand that even though my mistake was unknowing and unintentional,and I was able to prove it,still I had my refusal for permit.The letter also said that I will need to apply next time,if i wish to,with stronger proof that I will leave the country after I finish my studies!,the only thing I can think of is property ties back in my home country.Can you people suggest any other ways,any other suggesstions,please I need them desparately.I had 80% of my programme completed,my grades are good,and yet it seems my future is doom.Please help me seniors!

Your blood relations OR Property OR Job prospects in the home country.............

For Job

If you have done some job in the Past OR
Show current job market trend related to your field

For blood relations
Show your birth certificate (having name of your father and mother), or family certificate (Showing your siblings also), have you filled the family information form (Showing the address of the parents and siblings and what are they currently doing)

SOP

Write down a strong SOP regarding the problem of overstay and let them know why it is necessary for you to complete your study and state the factors that you will come back after completing study.

thanks for your suggestions again.Last time I applied,I did give them my birth certificate,I dont have any siblings as am the only child.Also I mentioned in SOP as to why it is important for me to get my degree.And I am actually studying undergraduate degree.I didnt really do any job when I was in High School.

Just an opinion; i think you should also mention in your SOP about ur parent's job(s)/business and any property that you have claiming that they are very happy in their home country and have no intention to leave their home country as they have commitments here.

I hope ur financial statement was also up to the mark this time round?

Hey,thanks for your suggestions.Actually,I have shown enough fund proof of 20000cd$.I have shown them property ties,birth certificate as blood relation,also the place of buisness of my parents,etc.I told them that I have no intentions to settle but to study there and come back.I have shown them social ties as well.I had a very strong SOP regarding everything that they expect.
I am not a graduate yet and in my country its near impossible to get even an offer letter of a job at this condition.So making them see a future job offer after i get my degree is out of the question.I am wondering for other ideas to make the VO believe that I will leave country besides this and I really cant think of nothing.
