Need Help Regarding Work Permit Document

My work permit got approved on January and document was being sent to do the old address where I was lived for just 2 months. Now no one lives in that location due to renovation.
Because I don't have work permit hard copy I am not able to renew my SIN, OHIP and TRV on Passport.
IRCC says you can only raise issue only if its been 8 weeks you don't the document not before that.

I tried to use Canada post mail forwarding service but told that IRCC documents dont cover in forwarding service.
I don't have other options rather than to wait and I want to go back to india next month. Since there is no TRV I can't go.

Whats my best option here?

Hey, I would suggest contacting the landlord and asking if they are holding the mail with Canada Post or if they’ve forwarded it to another address. Also, just to let you know, you can leave Canada, but you won’t be able to re-enter without your TRV or work permit. Also you can apply for a TRV from there. If you decide to apply for the TRV from outside Canada, keep in mind that there are more requirements and the processing can be more involved. It can be a lengthy and sometimes complicated process, so it might delay your return.

If it’s not urgent, it might be a good idea to delay your travel until you get your documents sorted. That way, you won’t face any issues when trying to re-enter Canada.
