I need a help, I got visa rejection from USA (student visa) prior to come to canada. I’m ready to apply for PR. I have compeleted my file although I have confusion in 2 questions which is a part of statutory questions .
These are the 2 questions:
1 ) Have you been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?
Answer should be YES or NO.
2 ) Have you ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?
Answer should be YES or NO.
What should be the right answer for my profile. Please, reply as soon as possible.
