need help regarding LMO - PNP

I have study permit in Canada, few months back i applied for LMO from a employer.Now my work permit will be coming soon.Then after that i should go for CEC or PNP to get my PR.I am very confused as as per new rules my job has been removed from CEC list,
Please guide me with a best and legal steps.
