This is to state that Mr. Hamza Shehzad has been an employee of “Shelters Engineering Services (PVT) Limited” since July, 2017. Mr. Hamza, joined “Shelters Engineering Services (PVT) Limited” on June, 2017.
He started as a Construction Project Co-Ordinator on part-time basis working 20 hours per week till Oct, 2021. And is currently continuing the same position on a full-time basis, working 40 hours per week from Oct, 2021 - till date.
During his service, he has proven himself to be an asset to our company by satisfactorily carrying out his responsibilities, which are as follows:
 Overseeing each project in a detailed manner and ensuring it’s handing over as per the specifications and budget, under the pre-set timeline.
 Calculating the costs and budgets for each component of the project, separately and as a whole.
 Using advanced construction and project management tools to plan tasks, design, make
schedules and expenditures.
 Composing official documentation, including reports and agreements.
 Ensuring a continuous improvement in the project by maintaining and improving the quality
standards during the entire project.
 Estimating the required quantities by preparing bills of quantities.
 Assessing possible risks or hazards to ensure proper compliance with the WHS guidelines
without any setbacks.
 Act as the company’s representative and maintain communication with suppliers, workers,
contractors, engineers and technicians on site.
 Procuring and maintaining the material/equipment inventories on the site to prevent any delays
in the processes.
 Supervise staff on site and handle dealings with subcontractors.
Mr. Hamza is currently earning a monthly salary of “145,000 PKR” excluding the commissions and bonuses, paid entirely in cash. On each on-time completion of a project he will be also rewarded with an additional “10%” of his gross salary at the end of that project.
Mr. Hamza is also a part of our Employee Care package which includes Medical, Fuel allowances and phone bills.
