NEED HELP REGARDING CEC COUNT OF HOURS FOR PART TIME JOBS

I have question about count of hours for CEC,

I graduated from 2 years post graduate advanced diploma program before 20 months. I started working in a NOC B category job after I got my PGWP. I started working with few part time jobs and some of them were on call jobs (So, they call me if their permanent employee is sick/on leave). All together I worked total of 1670 hours in 20 months of time duration with 15 different employers. During this time none of the week I worked more than 30 hours. My work experience is part time and my hours are not uniform every week, there are few weeks where I worked only 12 hours per week and few weeks I have worked 30 hours per week. I can prove the 1670 hours total in 20 months with the letter from my employer, pay stubs, t4 and my tax return. I was wondering if I can apply under CEC with this experience? How do I present count of hours to CIC to prove that I have 1560 hours of experience (part time work equivalent to 1 year full time experience)? Please guide me regarding this issue.

generally, yes, you can apply with part-time hours as long as you can document them.

But - you said you had 15 employers? Is that correct? So you have 15 T4s? Or were you working with an agency?

Yes that is correct I have 15 t4s. I am a dental hygienist and I work with the agency which act as a mediator and send me to the dental clinic. After that dental clinic hires me as a employee and put me on their pay-roll. They pay one time separate fees to agency. Can I just list my total hours and supporting documents or Do I have to give them the count week by week?

It is better to give a week-by-week accounting of hours, unfortunately. That is because (for example) 29 hours and 39 hours in one week are counted differently, and CIC won't be able to verify your actual FTE unless you break it down week by week...

and it's hours worked per week, all employers combined - 20 hours for one employer and 20 hours for another employer in the same week would be considered full-time (equivalent of 30 hours, you wouldn't get "credit" for 40 hours...).

It's a PITA, for sure, but think of it this way - you want to make it as easy as possible for the VO to say "yes," right?

Thank you very Much Jes_ON for your help.
Is it okay that few weeks I worked only 12-13 hours? I thought for less then 15 hours, they will not count as a part time time employement.
I am thinking to prepare an excel sheet in which I will breakdown my hours week by week, I was not sure because I thought they need at least 15 hours per week to count as part time work, because in website they wrote like this:

Part time

15 hours/week for 24 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
OR
30 hours/week for 12 months at more than one job = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)

In my case there are few weeks in which my hours were 12/week and few of them were 30/week, I didn't work more than 30 hours which is a bit relief for me for this complex situation. Please correct me if I am wrong.

That would be a good idea.

OR

This is just an example of how to calculate the FTE for part-time work, it is not a minimum number of hours. So yes, you can use weeks where you worked 12 hours etc...

Thank you very much for your help jes_ON. I am afraid of that too, I t will be a huge paper trail. Hope they count this as a experience eligible for CEC.
