I need little help
Me and my wife gave our biometrics on 13th January 2023. I have two questions:
1. My profile current status says 'your action is required' and in biometrics section its written ' we need your finger prints to process your application '
2. In 'applicant information box' our biometric details are mentioned but my wife 'date of biometric enrolment is 4 April 2016' and mine is 13 January 2023. My wife is primary applicant. My wife applied for Canadian visit visa back in 2014
What should i do? I called vfsglobal helpline but they are of no help.
Anyone else faced the same situation? And can anyone guide me what should i do?
