need help regarding application without spouse

I would like to ask you people that I score 402 marks in CRS without spouse . but when I apply with spouse the points went to 388. With 402 I know I am eligible for Ontario so is that possible I applied without spouse rite now and when I receive ITA from Ontario I will apply for my spouse then . your valuable suggestions and guidance will be highly appreciable .regards

Did you choose your marital status as married or single? Since you are already married you have to mention spouse details whether accompanying you or not. Otherwise it is considered misrepresentation.

I mention marital status as married and when I put "no" in option " is she accompany you " then I score 402 and vice versa
