I am soon joining UoA coming fall and so I am headed to apply for canadian visa. I am going to ask some questions which could be obvious ones but I wanna clarify them anyway so please bear with me.
(1) Can I apply directly to canadian high commission because I am in job right now and its difficult to go to nearest vfs and apply there, they are not accepting applications via postal or courier? I do have fully funded admit. Should I apply directly to high commission ?
(2) What should I do to prove my commitmment to come back to India? I am putting Form 16 (I have a job and make almost 900$ a month) and also, I am submmitting voter Id card of my family. Should this be enough to prove tie-up with India ?
(3) How do I submit application to high commission ? Is it like I put in all the documents in a sealed envelope, put in all the documents with a DD for requested amount and send tha package via postal ? Dont they accept them if sent through courier ?
(4) Do I need to submit a SOP etc documents which are not requested to submit ? I did drop for a year after 12th to prepare for IIT JEE (got selected). Should I explain this to high commission?
(5) I did have pre-meds done, should I give the original receipt to high commission, in case if I do and visa get rejected then how do I apply again because I wont have any receipt to prove that medical is done.
