NEED HELP!!! REFUGEE CLAIM REFUSED AND I WANT TO LEAVE VOLUNTARILY!!!

hello everybody i need help!!! i am so upset! i just want to go back to my country as soon as possible! My claim was refused so i after a week i got the written notice then i didn't know how to leave canada, i know if i got this letter i have to leave within 30 days, because i signed a departure order, and i don't want the departure order becomes to deportation order so i went to CBSA to ask for leave( i already bought my plane ticket) but the lady in the reception asked me why i bought my ticket, that i shouldn't buy my ticket without their permission( i saw on the Vancouver Refugee Services Alliance website say that i just have to inform to CBSA my daparture date and then will give me my passport in the airport on my departure date) then the lady wrote down my phone number and said would call me,but i didn't got any call so i go to CBSA again and another fat lady asked me the same that why i bought my ticket, that maybe i'm not going to this plane, not flying to that country, i don't know what did she mean! she asked me where i will fly, i said that i'm going to fly to Mexico city, she said that i'm not from Mexico, i told her i'm from Mexico, then she said that i was born in China, OMG!!! but i'm Mexican Citizen! i just have one nationality! Mexican Citizen! what does she mean!? and then she ask me to go the next Tuesday! She said that they are busy very busy no time to make arrangement for me, so asked me to go there again!! i said that i have to leave before July,because i got the letter from the IRB on June, and i don't want the departure order becomes to Deportation order. She just answer me: I KNOW I KNOW ...so what happen?? i'm asking to leave voluntarily! my plane ticket date is June 28 ! What can i do!!?? They will give back my passport on that day?? Why she is asking me to go there again ? and for what? how long i have to wait? so, people cannot leave voluntarily???
