Need Help!!! - RCMP criminal check

I got a criminal charge in 2015, and the charge was ended with a one-year peace bond in 2016.
I did my RCMP criminal check in April 2016, but I have not received the report until now.
Does anyone get the same situation? How long will I get the report?

If you have a charge, it will take up to 120 days.

CIC asked me to send RCMP criminal record check to them within 60 days. What should I do? Will this delay my PR application?

Send them a case specific enquiry, explain your situation and include updates as to what you have done so far. ( like email, or any documents related to RCMP follow up)

Thanks a lot for you reply. I will do this. Have you ever heard about this situation before? I am August 2015 paper based applicant, I just finish my medical exam. CIC send me reminder email for additional documents. I have send all the required documents to them except my RCMP record check.

Mine was a different situation, more documents were ask with regards to my hubby's DUI case and couldn't provide all of it, but they accepted what we've sent. For as long as you show them that you tried your best to get it but it's not on your control.
