Hi all,

I recently ended my fulltime employment at a small business, started from December 2023 to end of January 2025 (TEER 3 Administrative Assistant). So a bit more than 1 year experience to be qualified for CEC.

What I have:
-T4
- Paystubs
- Employment letter

It was not a fixed salary position, was by the hours, but I was consistently having 30 - 33 hours per week, depending on the business needs.

Thing is, I ended the employment not in such a good term with the owner so I have limited access in what I can get.

If the employment letter states that:
- I worked from December 2023 up to January 2025
- I was paid at x rate and having 30 - 33 hours weekly
- My responsibilities and why it was important
- Contact information of the owner and the bussiness (There is no manager nor HR as the business only has a handful of employees).

Will this Employment Letter and other documents I listed be good enough for CEC profile?

What is your CRS score? The employment letter may be the least of your concerns.
