Need help - PR in progress Open Work Permit about to expire-BOWP-status

Hello,

I have applied for PR on December 2018 from canada and the status is still processing. I am currently on Open work permit which is expiring in one month from now.

Applied BOWP. By the timeline, BOWP will come 2 months after my open work permit expires.

I have a few questions related to my situation.

1. What happens one month from now if my PR is still in processing state.
1a. Can i still Work because i have applied for BOWP?

2. What if my PR got rejected before this month?
2a. Can i apply for PR again?
2b. If i can apply PR again how much time do i have to apply?

3.If my PR got rejected after one month, Can i apply for PR again as my BOWP will be still in progress.
3a. Will my BOWP gets rejected as well if my PR got rejected?
3b. Can i stay 90 days from the day my open work permit expires?
3c. If i can stay 90 days, Can i work during that 90 days?
3d. If my PR gets rejected 90 days after my open work permit expires. How long do i have to leave the country?
3e. Can my PR get rejected and BOWP gets approved at the same time?

4. What are the options do i have to return to canada, if my PR and BOWP gets rejected and 90 days passed after my Open work permit?

Yes, as you will be in implied status.

2a. Can i apply for PR again?
Depends on the reason for rejection. Rejection due to misrepresentation can lead to ban for 5 yrs.

2b. If i can apply PR again how much time do i have to apply?
applying for PR usually does not dependency on your status in Canada.

3.If my PR got rejected after one month, Can i apply for PR again as my BOWP will be still in progress.
As said, if you are eligible to re-apply, you can apply anytime. No dependency on your status or other application.
